Which records are available?
Available lists vary by county. They include property liens, probate, foreclosures, lis pendens and other published property records.

Do I need an account to start?
You can choose your assistant and counties first. Create a free account or sign in when you open the approval link, then approve the matching code.
How do I get daily updates?
After connecting, open Set up daily updates and paste that message into your assistant. Ask it to confirm the saved schedule and next check. Scheduling must be available in your assistant.
Can my assistant buy reports or contact owners?
This connection only reads published records and downloads lists. It does not authorize purchases, messages or owner contact lookups.
Is my account password shared?
No. Sign in on LienScraper and approve the connection yourself. Your assistant must store its access securely; if it cannot, stop the setup.
Can I disconnect?
Yes. Disconnect your assistant here at any time. Files it already downloaded remain in your assistant.
Technical setup
Your assistant stays connected until you disconnect it. Limits: 60 requests per minute and five CSV exports per hour, up to 10,000 records per file.
